Death Penalty Skill

For all levels death penalty, you loose some skills or they decrease while you are in penalty. But if you can buy recovery scrolls for a fair, it is means not cheap price, its not a big problem. Almost everyone don't take recovery scrolls with them. Then you usually find yourself going back to citiy to buy it. There is a also bless scroll of resurrenction which would resurrects a dead player without losing his or her exp.
